Thai Recipe “Fried Chicken with Curry Powder” 

Fried Chicken with Curry Powder It's easy to make and delicious, with a smell of curry powder. It's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Ingredients

 200 - 300 g Chicken Thighs
1 teaspoon Curry Powder
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 cup Crispy Flour
1/4 cup water
Vegetable Oil for frying

Directions


- Pour the Crispy 
Flour into the mixing container.


- Add Curry Powder, Oyster Sauce, Sugar, Soy Sauce and Water to mix together.


- Add the Chicken 
Thighs and mix together. (if you have time let this marinade for 30 minutes or longer.)
- Pour oil for frying into the pan.


- Fry the 
Chicken Thighs until cooked on both sides.


- Chop the 
Chicken Thighs for bite-sized pieces. ready for serving.
