Ingredients

Squid 100 g.
Shrimp 200 g.
1 Egg
Celery 15 g.
Spring onion 10 g.
1 Chopped Cloves of Garlic
Chili Paste 1 tbsp.
Curry Powder 3 tsp.
Evaporated milk 1/2 Cup
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1/2 tbsp.
Soy sauce 1/2 tbsp.
Oil 1/2 tbsp.

Directions

- Cut Squid into pieces.

- Peel the shrimp, cut the back off, remove the veins.

- Chop celery, spring onion, about 1.5 cm.

- Crush the garlic.

- Mix curry powder, chicken eggs, chili paste, unsalted milk, oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce together.

- Set pan on medium heat, When it starts to get hot, add vegetable oil.

- Fried garlic until golden brown.

- Take the squid and shrimp. Stir fry until cooked.
