Moo Sam Chan Tod Nam Pla (Deep fried pork belly)
Thai Recipe “Moo Sam Chan Tod Nam Pla” (Deep fried pork belly) This is one my favorite meats so easy Everyone is fed and happy! What more can you ask for?
Ingredients
400 g Pork Belly.
5 tbsp Tempura Flours.
400 g Pork Belly.
5 tbsp Tempura Flours.
15 g Garlic.
1 tbsp Fish Sauce.
1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce.
Vegetable Oil for frying.
Directions
- Use a mortar and pestle to pound garlic to a rough paste.
- Add The Pork Belly to mixing bowl.
- Add tempura flour, Garlic, Fish sauce, Soy Sauce and Oyster Sauce.
- Mix well and let this marinade for 30 minutes or longer.
- Pour the oil for deep frying into pan over high heat.
- Add pork belly Fry both sides until golden brown. Remove from pan.
- Cut and serve.
