Ingredients
Chicken wings 200 - 300 g.
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
3 - 5 g Garlic
6 - 7 dried chilies
Crispy Flour 1 cup (1/4 cup for marinate and 3/4 cup for mixing before frying)
oil for frying

Directions

- Clean the Chicken Wings thoroughly and cut them half.

- Put the Chicken Wings in a mixing bowl, add Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, Pepper, Garlic Rough Paste, Crispy Flour, mix well, leave to marinate for 30 - 45 minutes.
