50 g Wide Rice Noodles
1/2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Pork Part
Pork 200 g
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 Egg
Gravy Part
30 g Chinese Kale (or any vegetables you want)
3 - 5 Garlic
3 tbsp Cornflour mixed with 3 tbsp Water
1 1/2 cup Water
1/2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1/4 tbsp Soybean Paste
1-3 tbsp Sugar

- Put the sliced pork in a bowl, add eggs, oyster sauce, soy sauce, mix well and leave for 30 - 60 minutes (or if you have time to marinate and store in the refrigerator for 1 night, it will make the pork more tender)

- Bring the Wide Rice Noodles mix together with the dark soy sauce.

- Stir fry Wide Rice Noodles until cooked.

- Use medium heat for stir fry, add vegetable oil, followed by chopped garlic. Add pork and mix for while. after that add water, pour mixed Cornflour. mix together until sauce will thicken. add oyster sauce, soy sauce, soy bean paste, sugar.

- Add the Chinese Kale and Stir until the vegetables cooked.

- Pour the Gravy on the Wide Rice Noodles, add pepper and chili powder as you like, Ready to Serve.
