Ingredients

Crispy Gourami Fish
35 g. Celery
1/2 cup Sour Mango
1/4 cup Carrot
8 Chili
1 1/2 tbsp Lime Juice
1 tbsp Fish Sauce 
1/4 tbsp Palm Sugar 
1/4 tbsp Sugar 
Vegetable Oil for frying fish

Directions

ยำปลาสลิด
Pour the oil for deep frying into saucepan over high heat, fry Gourami Fish until cooked.

ยำปลาสลิด
- Cut Celery into 1 inch pieces. sliced shallot and smash the chilli.

ยำปลาสลิด
- Cut the Crispy Gourami Fish into 1 inch pieces.

ยำปลาสลิด
- Slice Sour Mango and Carrot.

ยำปลาสลิด
- Mix all Ingredients together.

ยำปลาสลิด
Ready to serve.
