Ingredients
100 g Sausage, cut into bite-sized pieces
25 g Holy Basil, Leaves
7 Dried Chilli
15 g Garlic
1/2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Use a mortar and pestle to pound the Dried Chillies, Garlic to a rough paste.
- Add the Oyster Sauce, Fish Sauce and Sugar.
